How do I apply?

We welcome the opportunity to serve you. Please click here for the Application Cover Letter that will give you a general idea of the policies and processes for submitting an application. 
 
Please submit one application per adult.  We must receive a completed application and application fee before we can begin processing the application.
 
There are currently four (4) ways to submit an application to us.
  1. Online - Note: You will need to pay for the application using the online service provided below.
  2. Print and FAX to 866.320.1370
  3. Print, SCAN and EMAIL.
  4. Print and MAIL or bring by our office:  1701 Oxmoor Road; Birmingham, Alabama  35209 

 

How do I pay for my application fee(s)?

 
Application fee is $35 per adult (18 or older) living in the house. There are currently two (2) ways to pay for the application:
  1. You may pay for the application online by clicking here.  Note:  You will be charged a $2.50 per application convenience fee per transaction for this service.
  2. You may mail or bring the application fee by our office:  1701 Oxmoor Road; Birmingham, Alabama  35209.  Note: We accept cash, check or money order for application fees.
 
WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE APPLICATION UNTIL WE HAVE BOTH THE APPLICATION (COMPLETELY FILLED OUT) AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
   
Please do NOT send us an application if you . . .
  • have been evicted more than once.
  • are currently being evicted.
  • have a felony in the last 10 years.
  • are currently in bankruptcy.
  • are currently in foreclosure.
 

What are you looking for?

  1. Favorable Rent History
  2. Favorable Work History
  3. Show an Ability to Pay (Currently a minimum of 3 times monthly rent in gross income - Note: We reserve the right to adjust this minimum based on the number of applicant's dependents)
  4. Minimum Credit Score.  Houses that rent for LESS than $800 require minimum 520 and houses that rent for MORE than $800 require a minimum 580 - Applicants with no credit score will be reviewed on a case by case basis
  5. Criminal background check that reveals no felonies and no history of multiple misdemeanor or violent misdemeanor offenses.
