We welcome the opportunity to work with you. Please click here for a printable rental application.  Application fee is $35 per adult (18 or older) living in the house.
 
Steps for completing the applicaton:
  1. Print the application from the above link.
  2. Please fill out the application COMPLETELY.  Note: The 3rd page only requires a signture and no other information.
  3. Please mail the application along with the application fee to Golden Key at the following address:  1701 Oxmoor Road; Birmingham, AL  35209
  4. If you qualify and rent the house, application fee will apply to first month's rent.
  5. The application fee is REFUNDABLE if you are disqualified for any reason EXCEPT any reason under #5 or you lie on the application.
  6. Please do NOT send us an application if you . . .
  • have been evicted more than once.
  • are currently being evicted
  • have a felony in the last 10 years.

  1. Rent History
  2. Work History
  3. Ability to Pay (Currently 3 times monthly rent in gross income)
  4. Credit Score (Above a 520)
  5. Criminal Background (See #6 above)
