How do I pay for my application fee(s)?
The application fee is $40 per adult (18 or older) living in the home. There are currently two ways to pay for the application:

Use our online application and pay through the system.

Mail or bring it to our office: 1701 Oxmoor Road; Birmingham, AL 35209 – In the office, we accept cash, check, money order or credit/debit card.
What are the minimum qualifications to rent?

Show an ability to pay (Currently a minimum of three (3) times monthly rent in gross income – Note: We reserve the right to adjust this minimum based on the number of applicant’s liabilities)

Minimum Credit Score. Houses that rent for LESS than $800 per month require a minimum score of 520 and houses that rent for $800 or MORE require a minimum score of 580. Applicants with no score will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Criminal background check that reveals no felonies and no history of multiple misdemeanor or violent misdemeanor offenses.
