Sales Position

Can you sell ice to an Eskimo?

Well, we’re not really looking for an ice salesman…but we are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who has what it takes to meet challenging sales goals.

We hope that’s you!

Our marketing team has been working hard to increase web traffic and property management leads. Now we’re looking for the right person to capitalize on these leads and grow gkhouses in Birmingham, Nashville, and in other cities nationwide.

You will be responsible for fine-tuning our sales process while working through our marketing automation software. You will walk a prospect through the decision-making process and all aspects of owner on-boarding.

Future Team Leader – Finance Path

Are you tired of simply counting the money and reporting the information to the decision makers? Do you want to be a decision maker at a company and help it scale? Are you an entrepreneur that happens to be a CPA or have a Finance degree?

gkhouses.com, Birmingham’s largest and fastest growing property management company, is looking for a future Team Leader who will be an integral piece to pouring gas on our current growth in Birmingham and Nashville and will help us open operations in different cities.

We need someone that thinks both analytically and strategically, is confident (but not arrogant) and has a deep understanding of the creation of accounting and reporting systems and processes.

None of our accounting systems are rocket science, so I won’t go into explaining them. We just need the right team member with an accounting background.

Future Team Leader – Operations Path

Maintenance Technician

Are you a hard working person who thrives in challenging situations?

We are Birmingham’s largest and fastest growing property management company and we need a driven individual who wants to grow with us.

Here’s some more about this position:

This person will drive a company provided vehicle.

Duties:

Manage your own schedule within a set time frame.
Needs to be able to fix almost anything under the sun.
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00/hour full time work.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to pass background check (DUI and or any convictions) and drug screening
Must be over 21 (due to insurance)
Must be professional and have the ability to interact with tenants

Master Re-modeler

We are looking for a dedicated individual, to work for a growing property management company in the Birmingham area. This person will drive a company provided vehicle.

Duties: Manage your own schedule within a set time frame. Will handle rehabs, maintenance calls for tenants, etc. Neds to be able to do anything under the sun from framing, general electrical/plumbing repairs.

Pay: $20.00 hour full-time work. Will lead to a $24.00 an hour down the road if everything works out.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have to have your own tools! If you don’t have a miter saw this job is probably not for you.
  • Must be able to pass background check (DUI and or any convictions) and drug screening
  • Must be over 21 (due to insurance)
  • Must be presentable and can interact with tenants
  • Must be able to pass background check (DUI and or any convictions) and drug screening
  • Must be over 21 (due to insurance)
