gkhouses is a US-based regional property manager who currently manages over 1,500 occupied houses in Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Chattanooga, TN and Little Rock, AR. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Must be a problem solver and take initiative
  • Quick learner, especially in new softwares
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • Must work well with a large volume of tasks at any given time and take responsibility to accomplish all daily tasks

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Handle reputation management on all social media platforms
  • Facebook marketing of our houses
  • Facebook engagement
  • SEO for website, video blogs and content
  • Managing Signage
  • Data entry and audit
